		<description>The usage terms on OpenPacket.org are much more friendly.

Using PCAPR gives freedom for one specific vendor to exploit everything there commercially, but limits everyone else from using anything from PCAPR in commercial products or services. Worse even, you are personally liable for the traces you submit, and their later usage. PCAPR already contains data that could be interpreted illegal such as means to reproduce commercial tests such as ISIC.</description>
